We are grateful for the trust you've placed in “I-Makeup”, Accordingly we would like to assume responsibility in securing the privacy of your data collected and processed by “I-Makeup” during service provision. This policy explains what data we collect through “I-Makeup”, that collected data are managed by I-Makeup applications. Furthermore, you will get informed about the purposes of this data collection, the limits of their use and the disclosure of this data, as well as the obligations of the parties regarding data protection. Section one – Definitions:
In this policy, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings listed below.
“I-Makeup”, “we”, “us” or “our”: Shall refer to the “I-Makeup” application for Android and iOS, and the “I-Makeup” trademark.
“User”, “buyer”, “client”, “customer”, “he”, “him”, “you” or “your”: shall mean the person visiting or using “I-Makeup”, registering account in “I-Makeup”, or offering services and products for sale through it, or anyone using “I-Makeup” in any manner.
“Products”: shall refer to all the products offered for sale by “I-Makeup” through “I-Makeup”.
“Delivery”: shall refer to the delivery service provided by “I-Makeup” to the customer, to deliver the products ordered by the user.
"Content": shall refer to the content of “I-Makeup”, including, but not limited to (photos, text, video, information, data, prices, product lists, service lists and their descriptions, advertisements, and all icons, symbols, letters and numbers) and any other content available through “I-Makeup”whatever its formis.
“Policy” or “Privacy Policy” refers to this document, including practices and clarifications regarding the process of collecting and processing data for “I-Makeup” users.
"Data": shall refer to the data collected about the user, or provided to us by him, or data collected about the devices he uses to connect to “I-Makeup”, or relating to visiting and using “I-Makeup” or presenting of benefiting from activities through “I-Makeup”.
Section two - Data that we collect and process:
At “I-Makeup”, we collect and process some data about “I-Makeup” users, and we divide the processed data according to the objective of the processing operation, as follows:
(1) Account registration data
“I-Makeup” user can register an account, and he will provide us with some data as follows:
- The customer provides us with membership registration data including (name, mobile number) and any other data requested by “I-Makeup” at any time.
- The user provides us with membership registration data including (name, company name, country, city, commercial registration number, mobile phone, personal email), and any other data required by “I-Makeup” at any time.
- The user acknowledges that the data he provides to us are correct and accurate and expresses him, and he is legally authorized to provide them through “I-Makeup”, and he bears full legal responsibility against any person or any government agency if the he provides us with unauthorized data or data related to others.
- The age of the user who provides us with the data must be at least 18 years old, and if the user is below this age, then the data must be provided to us by the parent or guardian of the minor user.
- The account registration data are used for the purposes of creating an account for the user through “I-Makeup” to be able to check and search products or order their purchase through “I-Makeup” and for purposes of contacting us any time, as well as to take advantage of the full features provided by “I-Makeup” to our subscribers.
(2)Data about presenting products and services
1. We collect and process data provided by service providers about their services and products, which may be provided as content for text or visual advertising, or as an advertisement description.
2. We use the services and products presentation’s data for the purposes of verifying that the content complies with the terms and conditions, and that they do not violate any applicable regulations, and for the purposes of presenting them for everyone through “I-Makeup” in a visible way ; so that customers can see and check these services and products and communicate with service providers.
(3)Contact data
1. “I-Makeup” users provide us with some data that may be necessary to achieve the process of communication between “I-Makeup” and its users, including the user data provided to us during the registration process, or any other user’s contact data provided to us, or he uses to communicate with us at any time.
2. We use the user’s contact data for the purposes of communicating with the user to inform him about any required notices or related to “I-Makeup” work mechanisms, or to provide him with any new services, products and activities available through “I-Makeup” or that we think the user would find interesting, as well as to provide our users with any new features that we add through “I-Makeup”.
(4)E-payment data
1. " I-Makeup” provides an electronic payment service by contracting with electronic payment service providers, and the customer provides us with his E-payment data for the purposes of paying for the services and products that he purchases through “I-Makeup” and for paying any other outstanding fees.
2. It includes payment data that we may process through “I-Makeup”, including (MasterCard, Visa, Mada, STC Pay and Apple Pay) data, and we process the payment operation and verify its accuracy, completeness, correctness and legality.
3. The electronic payment service providers also process the electronic payment data and the payment operation for the purposes of verifying the legality of the activities carried out by the customer through “I-Makeup”, and the items provided with the service may also be provided with the payment operation to verify their legality.
4. Service providers provide us with their payment data for the purposes of receiving their financial dues from “I-Makeup” according to the payment policy approved by “I-Makeup”.
(5)Services and products content
“I-Makeup” shall maintain the privacy of all data and information obtained from users while providing services.
(6)Feedback
1. The customer may need to evaluate “I-Makeup” services and products, and submitting the evaluation may require providing us with some data about the customer, such as name and email, or using the account registered in “I-Makeup”.
2. The evaluation feedback through “I-Makeup” is visible to all visitors and users, and therefore the customer must be sure about the data he provides through the evaluation, thus we advise him to not provide any personal data, or addresses during feedback.
(7)Data collected automatically
1. We may automatically collect some data that does not reveal the identity of the user, such as device information used to access the application such as device type and model, IP address, time and dates users have visited “I-Makeup”, his location, the most viewed pages and other data related to the use of “I-Makeup” or user behavior.
2. We use the automatically collected data for the purposes of developing “I-Makeup”, detecting defects, improving services, and adding features that help the user to take full advantage of “I-Makeup”.
Section Three - General Uses of Data:
(1) At all times, “I-Makeup” strives to provide a unique experience to our users, and the user is an essential element in the full development of “I-Makeup”, so the user's data, behavior and the way he uses “I-Makeup” help usto promote a sustainable development; and to reach this goal we use your data for the purposes described in “Section two” and for any other purposes referred to in this section:
1. We use your data to allow you using our services optimally, to always provide you with the best, to create your account or profile through which you communicate with us via “I-Makeup”, and to process the data you provide through our services, such as confirming that your mobile number is active and valid for use andowned by you.
2. We use your data to receive and respond to your questions, complaints and inquiries.
3. We use your data to process your answers to the questionnaires available through “I-Makeup”.
4. We use your data to provide you with information about services and advertisements that we think youwould find interesting, including our special offers.
5. We use your data for internal business purposes such as improving our services.
6. We use your data to personalize the content, recommendations and advertising that we and third parties provide to you.
7. We use your data to contact you about government communications and, in our sole discretion, about changes to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use or any of our other policies, and to comply with regulatory and legal obligations.
8. We use your data for the purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information, with your consent, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(2) During the collection, the use and the processing of your data; we use, some software or modern technologies that help us in the processing operation accurately and securely.
(3) I-Makeup application never shares your data with unauthorized third parties. However, as part of our business, we obtain services from selected third parties and give them limited, strictly monitored access to some of our data. All third party receiving these data must fulfill the statutory data protection requirements and prove their level of data protection with approved evidence.

We use the services and products presentation’s data for the purposes of verifying that the content complies with the terms and conditions, and that they do not violate any applicable regulations, and for the purposes of presenting them for everyone, through “I-Makeup” in a visible way so that customers can see and check these services and products and communicate with service providers.
3. We use the user’s contact data for the purposes of communicating with the user to inform him about any required notices or related to “I-Makeup” work mechanisms, or to provide him with any new services, products and activities available through “I-Makeup” or that we think the user would find interesting, as well as to provide our users with any new features that we add through “I-Makeup”.
4. The user provides his contact information through “I-Makeup” so that we can contact him after the purchase operation processed through “I-Makeup”, and for the purposes of providing and delivering the service or product and communication between third parties such as shipping companies.
5. The electronic payment service providers also process the electronic payment data and the payment operation for the purposes of verifying the legality of the activities carried out by the customer through “I-Makeup”.
Section four – Data protection guarantees:
“I-Makeup” provides sufficient guarantees to protect personal data in accordance with the laws of privacy protection, through this policy:
1. “I-Makeup” undertakes to keep your personal or banking data for the period required by the nature of the transaction that you carry out through “I-Makeup”, and “I-Makeup” undertakes not to use your personal data forimpermissible or unauthorizedpurposes, with or without charge, with any other party unless this is required or authorized by us under the relevant regulations and instructions, or with the prior written consent of the relating user.
2. “I-Makeup” undertakes to maintain records that contain the user's personal data or any records of electronic communications that are under our custody or under our control or with our agents or employees.
3." I-Makeup"undertakes to take reasonable steps to ensure that the user's personal data and related records are protected in a security manner commensurate with their importance.
4. We undertake to protect your privacy at all times, and that we will never sell your personal data, or allow to be shared with third parties.
5. The user has the right to contact us at any time to find out the data that we have collected about him, and he has the right to request the modification or deletion of this data, provided that this step will be completed legally and is not intended to mislead or escape from legal liability.
Section five - Disclosure of Your Data:
1. You authorize our employees to handle your personal data within the limits and purposes of this policy, and our employees are committed by all the obligations for the purposes of protecting your data.
2. If we sold the assets of “I-Makeup” or the entity that owns them, “I-Makeup” and the databases that include your data will be delivered to the new buyer.
3. Some of your data may be disclosed for purposes of verifying the processing of payment operations with the parties that share with us the provision of services to protect against credit risks, fraud and cyberattacks.
4. Some of your data may be disclosed or shared if we are required to do so in order to protect the rights, property or safety of “I-Makeup”, our employees or others.
5. Some of your data may be disclosed to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
6. Some of your data may be disclosed if we are required to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions or any other agreement.
7. Some of your data may be disclosed if a judicial ruling or decision is issued by the competent judicial authorities obligating us to do so.
8. Some of your data may be disclosed in cases where it is necessary to protect your interests and where we believe you will consent to the disclosure of your data.
Section six – Amendments:
1. We have the right to amend our privacy policy at any time, and we will publish a general notice via “I-Makeup” or e-mail about the new amendments, and we will also update the date of the “last update” at the top of this document.
2. If you continue using “I-Makeup” after updating this policy means yourexplicitconsent of these modifications and your legal acceptance of the new practices and provisions.
3. If you do not agree to the new modifications and updates, you must immediately stop using “I-Makeup”.
