Warranty Policy 

 

General Terms of Warranty:

  1. All electronic products sold on i-Makeup are guaranteed for two years (manufacturer's warranty).
  2. To benefit from warranty services, please ensure the presence of the original product invoice to verify the serial number and warranty period (a warranty card for the device should be presented if available).
  3. The customer can receive a replacement product or a refund of the purchase value after deducting the depreciation value and missing accessories, if eligible, within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
  4. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, improper use, liquid spills, or any other external causes.
  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is packaged in the original box or well packaged to prevent any damage during the shipping process back to i-Makeup because i-Makeup will not be held responsible in case of breakage or damage to the product in this situation and the warranty-claimed product will be returned to the customer without any maintenance.

 

Warranty Service Provider:

The product warranty and manufacturing quality are provided by the authorized service center and are subject to the policies of the manufacturing company, as outlined in the product's warranty guide or the manufacturer's website.

To avail of warranty and maintenance services, customers can directly contact the warranty service provider for the desired service per the regulations.

Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of i-Makeup, this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and service quality. It is the customer's responsibility to communicate directly with the authorized service center in case of any complaints or claims.

To ensure the highest level of service to our customers, i-Makeup offers its own warranty on certain products. For more details, please visit the product page on the website.

This warranty only applies to products purchased within the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("the Country"). Products or replacement parts that have been repaired will only be shipped to addresses within the Country, and monetary refunds will only be made to accounts within the Country.

If the customer refuses to accept the product after the warranty claim process is completed, the product will be stored at i-Makeup's warehouse for a maximum of thirty (30) days. After this period, the customer will not have the right to request a return of the product.

Notice:Please keep the original product box at all times to ensure that you receive warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions of certain maintenance centers that require it.
